Perhaps the two geekiest things about me are the fact that I bought the complete set of Richard Feynman's freshman lectures on physics with my own money. I also read them at random, deriving great pleasure from it. I'm also majoring in physics, not because I think it will do me good in a job, but just for the sheer hell of it.

I know the difference between mass and weight, and that's why I hate the English "Standard" system of measurement.

Geekiest thing I ever did... probably was my last year of high school when I Found over 30 loop holes in the schools network and told the principal about it to embaress the techies.

Damn you FDD and GfPaperboy!!!

I have played more obscure RTSs than most of you have ever heard of. I've played Fire Emblem. I answer the phone "Hai, Moushi moushi," and curse "baka" under by breath. I dream of playing DDR, have logged 233 hours of Smash Bros. Melee, and play with someone who's rolled over his clock. I have a case dedicated to the carrying of my gamecube and 4 controllers, with space for 5 games.
But the geekiest thing: I still not only play Magic: The Gathering, but study the type 2 and 1.5 metagames, making my own decklists to see if anything of the sort finds its way it.

Sadly, the Fog Guy deck never saw its heyday...

I just remembered something geeky about me. I havne't missed a day of school, for any reason, at all, ever, since the middle of 1st grade. That's right, I missed one day in first grade, and no other day EVER. Not even in pre-school. That's almost 11 straight years of perfect attendence.

That;s what I attributed my score to. If I actually knew how to program in any of those languages, rather than just what the acronyms stood for, I'd have bumped my score up. Laughing

I dunno the geekyest thing I've done. Too many to count. Somehow I still manage to be semi-popular. Yay for me.

My little sister took this quiz, and she got like 59%. It's crazy, because she's much more socially adept than I am, and yet somehow she out-geeked me. AND I'M STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW!! The whole extra-points because she's a girl thing only comes out to 1%, so that definitley wasn't it. Maybe it's because she reads more than I do... because she certainly doesn't know any more about computers than I do (and my knowledge of computers go as far as "point and click" and "CTRL+ALT+Delete")...

I don't know, she's never really been into role-playing games either, and even I have only been a "spectator" in D&D.

Dammit, how the hell did she out-geek me?

(Smells something rotten in Denmark... and I'm not talking about the Danes, either)...
