Fine, you want total devoid and bland weather situations, come live in Arizona alright....geez...no need to worry about "hurricanes" or "tornadoes" here....

Are we talking about just the US? If not I elect the the Atacama Desert being pretty much the safest place you could live. You might get a possible earthquake, but not likely.


Though tsunami's could be an issue I suppose...

Nah, still too many moutains. A few have almost come up between Baja Mexico and the mainland, but all they do is kick up 60-70 mph wind. That's normal in October and March anyway.

True, but monsoon season can do worse. Two years ago, for example, was more rain and faster, though less destruction. (The interval saw a lot of rainwater management improvements.)
