None of these files are, or ever have been, a part of the TI Network. The titles are generally unknown and unattainable. Mad Rhetoric, I think, was part of one of the two Toonami Soundracks released a few years back. There's also a slim chance a song or two from the ones you listed may also be found on those.
We get flooded with requests for Toonami music, but sorry to say, that we, nor anyone we know has it.

I suggest checkig out TI's news post on Joe. Therein lies a link to untold treasures.
