Why not? There are a lot of us who are fans of the series. And those of us who even believe it died to soon. Killed mostly by Fox's need to drop it into a bad time slot against the NFL.

And it still outdraws everything else on Saturday [as]:
Last week's ratings card wrote:

Saturday, July 23rd

Futurama - 452,000
Champloo - 372,000
Futurama - 346,000 (2 am)

Nothing has come close since FMA stopped premiering.

Yeah, it did start showing on AS back in early 2003, but it never really got old for me. Much like Lupin III(the 25 or so episodes CN actually showed), I could watch Futurama a dozen times over(not consecutively, of course) and still not get bored of it. Speaking of Lupin III, was anyone else disappointed when CN showed the Japanese opening as an ad for the show's return last year, and still didn't bring any new eps. to TV? Oh well. There's always the DVDs.

Hey! That's my line!

But the real reason is that it's better than The Simpsons, even comparing reruns to new episodes. Even Matt Groening says so.

Because you have Numbers in your Name, and your Avatar is just plain silly.

Anyways, This is restating previous information, but time to time on AS they will show the numbers they pulled from a previous week. Futurama is still on top of it all; truth betold, it's a funny show in a great timeslot.

Don't be mad at me because you had to have sex with your mom to loose your virginity. And besides all I wanted to know is why it's still on if there's no more new episodes.

If you'll scroll up and read my previous post, a DTV movie is on the way.

P.S. Cool it, cloud.

Why are Sealab 2021, The Oblongs, The Brak Show, and Space Ghost: Coast to Coast still on when there's no more new episodes?

Because the fans like these shows and want them on, and if they take them off, angry letters ensue.
