Well this is a pleasant surprise for all. However, i've seen most of the nadesico and the EVA stuff they will show, so it's nothing new for most of us, but i hope in the long run it will greatly affect toonami and it's shows.

I have a slight problem with Nadesico's ending though. I mean I can live with it but still...speaking of Nadesico, isn't there a movie?

I want it to affect toonami so that they will air tvy7/tvpg stuff and AS to air tv14 until 1am and from 1am-2am tvma. of course that's a pipedream, but still.. blarg.

Yes-indeedy-Bob there is. Its a lot heavier than the series though, but it does wrap things up nicely. It's not as dark or confusing as End of Eva, but it's no DiGi Charat either.

From what I've read of the Nadesico movie, if you're a fan of the tv show, don't watch it. Its atmosphere is totally un-Nadesico-ish and the plot is even more open-ended than the series. Personally, I prefer the endless speculation to grim half-closure.

| They... they removed the panty scene, censored the language, and just plain cut out some of the best parts!!!! But they did leave in the entire Gai Digochi scene. |

I would have been more surprised if they actually were uncut.
