Unless im missing something I didnt see the thread on this.

Well whats our reaction this? Im going to give it some time out of respect for Paul Dini and the fact that shows get better with age usually (well except for transformers).

I watched this and what was going through my head was that powerpuff episode where they all change to different superheros. The one in black just looks, sound and acts like Angst/Buttercup.

Im curious to hear what you all have to say about this.

I MISSED IT! *Cries*

I was looking forward to it too, and I didn't think to set a tape because I didn't know I would be out as long as I did and blah, I missed it. And I was really looking forward to it.

"This party is pointless."
"Everything's pointless. Wanna go talk about it?"

That alone made me want to watch the show.

I missed it friday and caught it on sunday. I love TIVO everyone should have one.

Dont cry to hard. If next weeks is much better then this weeks. You wont have missed much.

Anyone want to give a run down on character names and their powers? From what I have seen

We all know Robin he has the power to Batmans tiny boy friend. Cyborg's power is... hes a tiny jewish girl stuck in the body of a large black teenager cyborg. Beast can change into any sized animal that he can imagine. From birds to dogs to T-Rex. All green which means there must be some relation to J'on J'onze the Martian.

But the other two are questionable. Starfire shoots green beams of energy and can fly. Im guessing this is her power? She seems to be there for hippie (yes you read that right) comic relief.

Angst or whatever her name will probaly be my favorite character. But I have no clue what it is she does.

And the bad guys were kind of vague to.

Any additional info would be good here. Any chance for a Superfrie..Justice League crossover?

Btw which Robin is this supposed to be? It doesnt seem to be Dick Greyson. Its, thankfully, not Jason Todd. Is this some version of Tim Drake?

Or am i reading into this to deeply?

I think she's an alien. "Someone disposed of all our blue furry food." Laughing

Raven is a psychic.

She stopped the bus by activating the parking break, and took the evil girl to the roof with that shadow thing.

I thought it was eh.

Something about the show made me uneasy. Mabey it was the way it was blatently ripping off the style of anime. Not that I'm saying that's a bad thing: X-Men Evolution is proof of it's good things. But it felt almost too "Totally Spies" to me. And that show made me want to slit my wrists and gouge my eyes out in the first 30 seconds I saw it.

This show was alright, but it could've been better.

The music didn't fit in the right places, and sometimes I thought it sounded rather annoying. For example, when Cyborg's hand was sneaking around the Titans Tower, they could've used some "sneaking around"-type music that would fit the scene properly. Instead, they gave it some stupid, loud rock/pop crap that wasn't necessarily needed. And the OP is terrible. The lyrics were kinda catchy, but it just gives me the same feeling that I get when I hear The Powerpuff Girls' ending theme from Biz: embarrassment.

As for the heroes, I had no problems with Raven, Robin, and Starfire. They were all cool. Cyborg kinda started out as an asshole (He LEFT during the Titans' first fight against Hive Academy! WTF?!?), but he turned out all right as the episode progressed and was more involved in the action. The one I hated the most was Beast Boy. He was worthless and provided nothing more than just being a nuisance. Not even his ultra-cool superpower of turning into a T-Rex could redeem him.

Overall, I give "Final Exam" a 7 out of 10. I hope the series gets better as it progresses, most especially Beast Boy.

Hey that opening is cool. ^_^

It's done by a group called J-pop group Puffy AmiYumi. There supposedly like one of the longest running Idol Groups in history there. With both members starting out in thier teens and now both have kids.
