Post subject: Who wants Naruto over here really bad?

I don't know about everyone else, but I am dying for the Naruto anime to get over to the states, and soon. I love the manga. Its one of my favorites, and my ultimate favorite of all the manga in shonen jump. I am sure on Kazza or something like that theres a fan sub, but what about a legal version? I wonder if there are even any plans to get the anime over here. Anyone know?

I'm sure it'll be over eventually, just from all the people clamoring for it while offering animal sacrifices and praying that 4Kids doesn't pick it up.

| That's what you all think. Not only is it never coming over buy 4kids is purchasing it outright, editing it to hell and rereleasing it slowly around the world replacing all the copies people do have. |

This might come as a shock to some people: I know nothing about Naruto.
Stop laughing!
I see all these people on message boards talking about Naruto and I know zip about it.
Anybody have a description of this series? (Preferably spoiler free.) What makes Naruto so great?
I can still hear you laughing. It's not my fault I'm out of the loop. Come to think of it, I never was in the loop to begin with.

Well, Naruto's awesome. It's basically about a kid named Naruto who's a ninja in training, and is the reincarnation of a fox demon. He goes along with his freinds (if you can really call them that- so many arguments!) and his master. The battles are SO awesome. I don't know about the anime as I would really rather not illegally obtain it, but in the manga the battle sequences are beautifully drawn and very well laid out. They have the manga in the monthly Shonen Jump, and I think 2 graphic novels have been released.(Not sure cause I read it in Shonen Jump and don't buy the GNs) I highly reccomend it. But man do I want the anime!
Oh, and just an aside, what precisely does that mean, The_Punisher?

That's a really good site for info about the manga series, even though it hasn't been updated in a gorilla's-age. Biographies, geography, basics of ninjutsu and chakra...it's all there. They used to have a pretty complete episode guide of the manga, but I can't find it anymore. Still, you can pretty much piece the story together through the kick-butt Battle Guide they have. P.S. Don't try to read it all in one sitting, or you'll end up doing hand signs in your sleep.

If it is not lisenced in the states, it is legal for you to get Fansubs in the states. So, your not taking ANY illegal route if you DL it NOW.

I dont know any links, and if you are right then my friend lied to me about his Helsing stuff from about a year or so ago. That, or he did not know.

Well, then I will just wait. Everyone will just have to send in letters to the company that buys it and edits the crap out of it saying that we want the un-edited version. Plus I have no idea wher to get fansubs. Don't tell me though. It's against the rules. And I'll just wait.
