Well, I drew the guy (Rets). But the BG is a photo I took of NYC. I just turned it to b&w and messed around with levels. Then I used color range to select the highlights, I inverted the selection, and filled the selection black on a new layer, then got rid of the layer under it and made a new one with a light yellow fill.
