I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Timm shows are what tv animation should be.

And I have always agreed with you regarding that fact. Well, in level of quality. In style, if everything looked lik that it would get boring. But the style works SO WELL for the Batman and Superman shows.

right right, I meant quality and craftmanship. The style really only works for superhero based shows (ie. XMen Evolution)

Well, he's not...but X-Men:Evo's producer is Boyd Kirkland (of Gargoyles), who was one of Dini and Timm's assistant directors on the early seasons of B:TAS.

As Nobu said, Kirk also produced/wrote for B:TAS, directed/produced/wrote Batman:Subzero, and last but not least storyboarded My Little Pony: The Movie.

As for X-Men, I agree at first the show wasn't very interesting but as the series has progressed it has become more and more the x-men we all know and love. It's not the high schoolsentric show it once was.

Meh...I can't stick to Justice League...did wonder woman even fly originally? I just didn't like it even if it does have a good plot.

How do I know what series of BB I'm on? I have no idea really...

And Teen Titans is just fantastic Razz

Like all superheroes WW evolved over time and her flying became one of them evolutions (I think it was done so her stupid invisible plane could be dropped).

Batman Beyond/of the Future is the same series. It was renamed for international release because of the fact everyone outside of america aparently couldn't figure out it wasn't the same Batman/was set in the future.

Ah, Teen Titans... another Timm crew spin-off... well not really... while Glen Murakami is the producer, the executive producer is... GASP! none other than good ol' Mister Bruce W. Timm. Funny how that works out. Smile

BTW, Glen also was also a producer on Superman, Batman Beyond, and is one on Justice League. He did character designs for Mask of the Phantasm and storyboards I believe on B:TAS.

Yes, Timm surely is a fantastic producer. But what about Gendy Tartakovsky. You have to be pretty damn good to get a deal making a show that integral to Lucas' plot with Clone Wars.

This will probably be the only Star Wars animation that didn't suck ^_^

Gendy is awesome too. what's funny is that if you really look, Star Wars and Samurai art has a very similar art style to btas only heavily stylized and much more anime influenced (at least SJ seeing as none have seen the shorts yet).
