I was starting to look up TranZor Z and Mazinger on google again. And i found a bunch of shots and references to a live action Mazinger. Has anyone seen this or know anything about it?

Its okay there are very few who have on here. Hey Nobu I didnt see anything on IMDB about it. Do your sources have anything?

Nope, although other Go Nagai properties have had live-action adaptations, such as the new Cutey Honey TV series, and for some god-awful reason, a live-action Kekko Kamen movie. x_x
I did find a live-action title I hadn't heard of while searching at CDjapan, though: Pro-Wrestling no hoshi: Astekaizer (Star of Pro-Wrestling: Astekaizer). What a shame there wasnt an english dubbed version of that. I was thinking it would have made a great movie for MST3K.
As for Mazinkaiser. Wasnt there a new movie made recently? That list shows them making them up to about 1976.

There was the 1984 God Mazinger, according to Japan Hero. I don't know how/if that ties into the standard Mazinger continuity.
And there was a 2003 Mazinkaiser OVA release. Maybe ADV'll pick that up sometime.

They are so many great MST3K japanese movies. Prince of Space was good until they reran it to death. I have to remember the one that everyones name was "Ken". Looks like Sci-Fi finally cancelled it also
