It's pretty much a given for anyone that reads them.

Since Largo left, the story has been progressively more cheesy and the art greatly improved. That's because Fred (Piro) was just supposed to be an artist doing this part time, now this is his FREAKIN' JOB.

I say he's making a mistake. When it comes between a hobby and a career, you have to go for the career in the long run. If he just made sketches in his free time, got people to colorize them with mad skillz (but b&w art is still good, anyway), and sell them, he'ld earn JUST as much money.

I say give the comic to Dom, and let Piro make the occasional sketch. Like Hotsoup does for Gamespy's "Daily Victim."

That said, Megatokyo fans are obsessed. More here than on the Megatokyo forums themselves, where they make haikus for each comic.

Why can I say this? I read more webcomics than all of you. Here are the ones I am CURRENTLY reading, not including such discontinued gems as Exploitation Now.

The list supremo w/update schedules:

-Sinfest (everyday)

-Bob and George (everyday) --> AND ALL THE SUBCOMICS and a few fancomics, BOOYA

-The Lounge (everyday)

-Real Life (MTWRF)

-8-bit Theater (T/R/S)

-Errant Story (M/W/F)

-Penny Arcade (M/W/F)

-GPF (everyday)

-Underpowered (?)

-SL (supposedly every Friday)

-TAV (Sun)

-TWK (Sun)

-Ghastly's *cough*

-Krakow (M/F)

-Diesel Sweeties (?)

-Oldskooled (never, I mean it)

-Lethal Doses (sequentially)

-pOnju

-Machall (M/F)

-Escape!

-O&G

-Wendy

And 10 webcomics I either outgrew, ignored, forgot about, already finished, or all of the above. Abbreviations on some but not all of the more adult webcomics. This is also why I added no links, plus it would be a bitch.

God Loves Mr. Tanaka.

Your web browser must be superior, as it can accept URLs with two consecutive "http://" tags in front of them.

(fix your link...)

I don't like to use the shift key. Ever. Also, I like to make vague references to friends of mine that you've never heard of.

Look at me! I'm likable, and, I use a random Simpsons reference, so I most be fun to be around. I think this emoticon looks pretty sharp, and I wasn't sure if the third exclamation mark! got the point across, so I added a fourth just in case.

Um, Bono? Knuxfive is one of TI's newsmonkeys. In fact, he (tied with Spook) are the best newsmonkeys. Point? Knuxfive introduced Mr. Draxyl to this site. So OBVIOUSLY we blame him, and not Mr. Draxyl himself.

Yes Bono (Are you happy now? I used the F*CKING SHIFT KEY!), for someone with 539 posts on this damn site you'd think you of all people would know who knuxfive is. Damn stupidity runs rampant on the INTERWEB!!!!!!!!!!!! (yup 12 exlamation points just for you, you f*cking moron)

hey jackass we're giving you a chance on account of the Knux affiliation but don't start with the uncalled for insults. I'm sure a number of people have the forums page bookmarked and skip over the front page entirely in which case they wouldnt know who the knux is due to his nonexsistant pressence on the board.

By the way you need to determine teh difference between subtle sarcasm and FUCKING annoying people like how you're turning out to be. Calm the fuck down and chill a bit you're the newbie here not the Satchmo. While he was wrong with his post you haven't helped the situation any by giving anything remotely close to a resonable intelligent response to it. You just started cussing and you know what cussing means? You're vocabulary isn't big enough to use more appropriate words.

Perhaps leaving the response CP had would have been enough to get an apology from John for his mistake but after your not one but TWO pissy responses I think it'll be a cold day in hell before he even thinks about it.

Meh, I'm actually still considering it. I should've looked at the names of where those stories on the front page come from. And Spook, watch your language as well. It still seems rather dumb to say that you and your friend's might be making a web comic in the near future and expect an excited reaction from everyone.

Drop it, everyone. Let it go. Not another word on the matter.

By the way, 8-bit theater kicks major ass. I need to get a fighter shirt when the store opens. ("Sword Chucks. Yo.")
