Post subject: Duck Dodgers

Didn't find a thread for this show yet, so....
The Captain Crunch outfit put much too large a grin on my face.
Anyone else catch that they named the Agent after the Flaming Lips last album as a thanks for performing the theme?

I found it to be trite.
Yet still amusing. Porky's voice is the only one obviously missing it's mark, but Daffy and the rest sound fine.
In truth there was nothing that special about it. Just more episodes of an old series with less originality and more corny jokes.

I liked this series. It did have a few weaknesses here and there, but I think they can be made up for in future episodes.

TI has to expand to do ALL CN news because this is starting to bug me wiht the lack of AS and other stuff updates . . .

We're called "TOONAMI Infolink" for a reason...
And don't worry if you missed the premiere. They're gonna play it again during Cartoon Cartoon Fridays at 7:30PM EST/PST.

Well, I was at work when it aired . . .
And so it's called TOONAMI Infolink? So what? You could FOCUS on Toonami news, but also share anything of interest. Like put a bunch of 'of interest' stuff in one post each week. Like the schedules, only for random snipets. Like:
"-Inu Yasha finally returns wiht new episodes this monday, August 25th, at midnight. Don't sleep on it.
-Duck Dodgers premeire Saturday at 11:30
-Halle Berry has said that she wants to see the script before she signs on for the 3rd Xmen installment."
etc.
I don't see why not, personally.

I think it's actively discouraged by those in charge as "not on topic", at least on the front page.
Doesn't mean a "reminder" thread couldn't have been posted here, had anyone thought of it. (not accusing)

All I can say is that I watched Duck Dodgers today and it out a hearty laugh in ma belly and a smile on my face. I thought it was really funny given I haven't watched Bugs Bunny or the likes for quite some time.

haha it's funny seeing Daikun talk about keeping TI toonami only news.
anyway, I would say check out the animation news thread but it seems since I no longer have the time to report all the news I used to that it's pretty much gone to waste.
