I don't know if everybody knows already, but just to serve as a reminder, Char's Counterattack is on tonight. If it's already on the forums somewhere I'm terribly sorry to tick you off to such extreme measures as to flame me.

O....M....G

That was perhaps the best anime movie I've seen in a long time. For anyone that missed it I pity you.

Oooh pretty lights. Anyways, that was an excellent movie. I would say more, but i'm still in shock from that final battle.

I was watching Blade II. x_x

We knew it would suck. We just wanted to do the old MST thing to it.

CCA IS great. The final battle is pretty good, although I really didn't like the way the Londo Bell Jegan pilots were treated- as mooks, who had no personality, and not much skill. Come on! They're supposed to be an elite fighting force like the Titans(Char needs to learn to say it right) without the evilness!

Thank god for the DVD.

^_^

Ok, I missed the first 45 minutes of the movie, but the ending left me saying "What the hell?" First off, Bright's son killed Amuro's girlfriend/wife (I'm not sure what she was) and he doesn't even feel bad about it. And then the movie just sort of ends. I mean, what the hell happens to the Axis? What, did the Federation just sort of 'win' or something? I was really confused at the end. And why is it that Amuro had that much psychic power? (It might of helped if CN had actually shown the last 3 episodes of MSG.)

What was that T shaped thing that girl had, and why was it flying around at the end?

It was a sample of the Psycoframe assembly (same thing the Nu Gundams cockpit frame was made of) it's why Chan was able to shoot down Rezun Schneider's Geara Doga (she had the blue Doga).

It was flying around for some weird ass reason, god knows why.

As for Axis, it's two halves are just floating up there in Earth orbit, like all the other debris from the past few wars.

Char's Counterattack is an amazing movie. One of the best anime films ever. BUT, Quess was such an annoying bitch. The c**t should have died sooner. She makes Relena Peacecraft look like Timothy Leary. Rolling Eyes

As for the Psychoframe, I'm not sure. My guess, the Newtypes were connected in a mental "plane" of sorts. Shocked

I guess Chan was a Love Interest/Girlfriend. I don't even know if Amuro found our Chan died. As for what happened to Axis it was stopped somehow I think it was pushed away. All I can say the movie ended the greatest rivalry in Gundam history. Char Counter Attack had a pretty good Soundtrack. I liked the end theme for some strange reason.

The Psychoframe is used to increase the abilities of a New Type I guess...I'll have to ask someone at another board

The Psychoframes amplify the powers of a newtype.

And Amuro was able to push away the back half of Axis because all of the human will was focused on diverting Axis which overloaded the psychoframe system built into his cockpit into a "super" mode and as a result it amplified his powers greatly.

and yes it is awesome even after the 20th viewing.

I was colse enough(sp?) On another note I hated one song in that movie. It's the one when Char gets on the train and everyone starts singing...

Oh, it was a good movie, don't get me wrong. I just don't think it had an ending. Usually, if I find only one thing wrong with a movie, it's the ending, or lack thereof. Waynes World? One of the funniest movies of all time. Except for the last 5 minutes. An ending can ruin a movie. And I just don't think this one ended.
