Yeah, I heard about that on a special on the history Channel aobut comic books (it was so super informative and entertaining . . . ). Why did everyone hate him so much?
because he just seemed like a "poor man's replacement Robin"... He wasn't a very original character (in fact his original backstory was almost identical to Dick Grayson's), and he seemed like an unwanted usurper of the title of "Robin", since he didn't seem to "earn" it... Basically, he was poorly written, and eventually his personality evolved into being very impatient and impetuous. Anyone following "The Dreaming"? Ever since Neil Gaiman stopped writing Sandman i stopped reading it. Now that I have read "Endless Nights". Im thinking of seeing if The Dreaming is worth the time. GB my son was to be called Onerious. Then we moved that to the middle name. Then i woke up and went "Well man thats just cruel". And instead decided naming him Daniel because my old handle was Morpheus. Since Daniel is the son of Morpheus. And Matthew is both Morpheus and now Daniels link to reality. And generally the thing that goes "Yo idiot look here". Since Danny is an ugly name i reversed the order.
But even my wife liked the idea of our daughter having her middle name being Deaths greek name.
Oh and Kalma. I know someone who legally changed there name to a character name they use. I wouldnt do it. But it is being done.

Speaking of which, in an attempt to keep this thread alive, has anyone been following pvponline.com this week? The current storyline is for us all. THey made an RPG of people playing an RPG. Things like that only women can have charisma. Or using loaded die things like that. Its a really funny storyline. Goes back about a week now.
