Question about the cowboy bebop video promo download archive section.

in that section there is a download clip for the "real folk blues" outro.

the scrolling text seems different from the versions that have aired on tv and that are on the original dvds.

is the download there taken from the REMIX or Perfect sessions dvds?

or did some fan redo the text him/herself?

i know i sound like a nit picker. but i always felt like the scrolling text always on the vhs/broadcast/ original dvd versions of the eps seemed to move too fast and you could never read the actual credits and i felt it looked crappy too! so when i saw this it was nice looking.

The date on the file is June 3, 2004. It looks like it's from the two-disc "Best Sessions" collection.

Which reminds me, one of these days I need to get the remastered Bebop stuff done.

good. and the best sessions were already (REMIXED) so there is a strong possibility that the remix dvds are legit too! goody!

can somebody give us a shake down.

bandai's 1st lineup of dvds that were released on vhs 1st bacj in 99' and 2000 basically the shows that aired on Adult swim action

gundam 0083
bebop
outlaw star
escaflowne
and a few others

were not as good. sure they remastered the episodes themselves. but they left the CRAPPY old vhs trailers as well as the craptacular looking endign credit scrolling text from the vhs and title cards used on the vhs releases for eps on with the cleaned up video.

for some reason it looks awful.

for bebop i always felt like the text moved so fast up the screen that its an eye strain to try to actually read.

sure on VHS who cared. but on dvd its a different story.

they've improved alot though. with thier dvds. now that everything goes staight to dvd!
