In order to destroy the book of the dead, the hero must memorise and say the words "Klaatu barada nikto" This is a tribute to "The Day the Earth Stood Still". In that movie some alien instructs the girl to memorise and say the codewords "Klaatu barada nikto" to stop the robot from attacking.
Just if anyone wanted to know...

Most of us already understood this, but thanks.
Personally, I'm a fan of Klaatu, Barada, Necktie! _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.

Anywho, it kicks mucho asso whenever WS makes a movie/tv reference outside of the toonami/cartoon network universe. What other references have been made? Anyone?
Didn't the old TOM say "Deus Ex Machina" for the old ReBoot promos? _________________ "Robots don't say 'ye'."

Yyyeah... most of you already knew that... but I noticed no one really explained much behind either movie... so just in case someone who didn't really know much about either movie was watching [like me, until just then] they could know
Good god, I am such a newbie....

yes, yes you are. but in a perfectly fine normal non annoying way unlike some OTHER recent newbie we've come to be annoyed with... let's just call them, oh I don't know... I'll randomly pick.... "S-Video". yeah that'll work. _________________ "Veni. Vedi. Spooki." - Julius Caesar

Another interesting fact that no one has seemed to mention is that on Jabba the Hutt's slave ship there are three random aliens who happen to have names: Klaatu, Barada, and Nikto.... I got no idea who's tipping the hat to who in such a moment as this...
Ehh, saying that'll probably get me sacked...

Not even close to it, either.
