Not sure which is the right forum for this since it's re: the uk channel. First post here but since I had such a head ache digging up info I thoutght I'd share the love.

What it actually means, Turner were rearanging and Toonami has probably been getting crap ratings so they decided to rejig it try and hit another demographic. Frankly I wherever whoever came up with this studied buisness stratagy needs to have it's acreditation revoked, also they are a moron.

UK Toonami has probably been getting crap rating because it is all over the place; the schedule is a mess and there seems to be no effort at building a cohesive line up. I hate to admit it but chopping all Dragon Ball was a big mistake. the attempts at diversifying like this are only going to alienate viewers, instead of a channel that apeals to everyone they'll have a channel that apeals to no one. Toonami needs to consolidate what it does well and diversify in the right direction, re-introducing the Adult Swim content (There has been nothing like Adult Swim in the UK since CNX, which was sort of intended as the adult swim channel).

In a weird way I'm kind of glad because when it turns out a disaster and some one gets fired maybe just maybe they will get a clue.[/code]
