but that isn't a power then, it wouldn't be in the control of said person. ANd therefore not a power, it would be like having bad luck.

I dunno, I've heard of similar things being classified as super powers... there's a freakin' RPG full of stupid stuff like that. (Damnit, the name escapes me now, too.)
