My favorite saga is the Cell Games Saga or Namek Saga? Since my favorite char. is Gohan, he defeated Cell.
And my favorite female on DBZ is Videl (At the end of DBZ) Very Happy .

My favorites would be a tie between the Saiyan and Cell sagas.

I agree. Those were the best ones to me too. I think that the fights were pretty good and interesting in both sagas.

the Frieza saga, easy! Goku going super-saiyan (or saiya-jin, everyone thinks something different) was awesome, the planet getting torn apart rocked... plus Frieza was just a kick-ass bad guy

I think I stopped after the ocean dub of DBZ finish the Cell Saga. Then I found out that funimation dubbed and continue on with the Cell games. clearly I got hooked when I was younger because I wanted to see the outcome so badly. So definately the Cell games.

Frieza was a much cooler bad guy than Cell. Frieza battled intelligently and was nigh-unbeatable. Cell survived destruction several times by dumb luck alone, and he liked toying with people.

Frieza saga was the best, and I think the majority of the DBZ fans would agree with me. Cell saga was only awesome because Gohan is so awesome. Gohan's final battle was probably one of my favorite fights in the whole show, but I still say the battle against Frieza was the best, story-wise.

The only thing that was cool about the Buu saga was possibly... well, nothing was as cool in the Buu saga. Even Gohan, the strongest of them all, got nerfed.

For me Cell was the best villian aside from Frieza in DBZ. When he became Perfect Cell he just became so much more sinister and savage. Cell's first two stages basically lived on borrowed time but Perfect Cell held his own. His fight with Goku to me is one of the best on DBZ history. My favorite line had to be "Let the games begin."

I always liked the cell saga the best as mentioned before the fight btw goku and cell was one of the bets in the series......the frieza saga was too long and the fight btw goku and frieza lasted thirty episodes where they mostly stood there.
