Post subject: Don't you think Keanu Reeves would make a great...

Gohan? Seriously! I was watching the episode when Gohan has just been powered up by the Old Supreme Kai to fight Buu and when he got back to Earth I was like 'hey! he looks like Keanu!'
Or maybe it was the fact they have the same haircut sorta? But if you put the Matrix Keanu together with that episode Gohan and it's like 0-0 doubles!
Anyway, the point of this topic, do you think any actors would make good live action versions of anime characters? I don't know...like Orlando Bloom playing Tenchi or something

Keanu does probably does LOOK like Goku (or Gohan, or black-haired DBZer) more than any big American actor; um, and I've always been a Keanu fan, so I would like to see him as Gohan (more than Goku...)
Orlando Bloom as Tenchi? sheesh, in your dreams fangirl...friggin girls and their Orlando Bloom (not that he doesn't kick butt as Legolas)
okay, how about Catherine Zeta-Jones as Ryoko? she's kinda spunky...plus, I think she looks Ryoko-esque...but I haven't thought about this question - someone better as Ryoko?
and I think Angelina Jolie could probably play any of a number of anime characters... |

I'd say the kid who played the lead in donny darko for tenchi. he's got that nerdy dork sort of quality that tenchi needs.

That guy does sorta look like Tenchi ^^
Keanu wouldn't make a good Goku, I can't think of anyone who would make a good Goku....maybe Johnny Depp? Maybe he could be a good trunks ^^

oh gosh, I hope not...she just doesn't have the Mihoshi look, even if she can do the airhead thing...
I think I would rather have Nicole Kidman...taller, kind of a similar face...just not as busty or tanned - PLUS she's kind of an airhead in real life, so I'm sure she can play Mihoshi  |
