Post subject: The TIL Top 100 Anime Quotes

As you all know, the American Film Institute has recently put out another one of their Top 100 lists, this time of movie quotes.
Which got me to thinking - what would be the top 100 anime quotes?
Well, we have a well versed audience here on TIL, so let's see if we can figure out what the top 100 quotes would be?
Some rules, though:
- You have to give the full quote, the name of the character who says it, and the work it's from.
- Only one quote from any given work is allowed - this is for two reasons (the major weakness of the AFI list is that it had several movies overrepresented, and this is a simple anti-narutard measure.)

Bzzt. No, just only one quote from one show will make the list.
And the louse quote is better than the tomato quite.
The whole tomato subplot sucked.
