Post subject: Did someone make me a mod while I wasn't looking?

Or is there a small problem with the posting rights on the board? For some reason or another I can make threads sticky in every forum but Toonami, Misc. Babble, and Site/Forum Discussion.

usually when posting a new thread you can make it sticky, but you can't go back and edit it to be sticky

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself? |

Woo, thank goodness. For a second there when you said fixed, I thought you were making AG and I mods. And me as a mod is a scary thought.
