from what I saw of dark angel I would think that's a good thing.

Lol I can't believe i didn't think of that Dark Angel was one of my favorite shows ever. If she gets the part then maybe it could be worth checking out.

what's so scary? james is a proven action director, he knows how to do it; hell he helped pioneer the modern sci-fi action thriller.

There is nothing but knowledge and understanding coming from this sentance. I like this sentance. Notice his use of the word MANGA. He knows his sub-culture fairly well and respects it.

In a recent interview with Cinema Confidential, STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION actor Patrick Stewart said that he likely won't be in another TNG movie. "I don't think so," Stewart said. "I think THE NEXT GENERATION is over with. I've probably said goodbye to Picard forever now."

Fox has announced that they are putting together a BEVERLY HILLS, 90210 reunion special. The special, BEVERLY HILLS, 90210: 10 YEAR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION will feature some of the show's original stars, including Jason Priestley, Luke Perry, Jennie Garth, Shannen Doherty and Gabrielle Carteris. Tori Spelling, who had widely documented fights with Doherty, will not be apperaing. The special will air May 11 at 9 PM EST.

DMX is in negotiations with Phoenix Pictures to star in the action-thriller WEREWOLF for director Dario Piana. In the film, DMX would play a "mysterious bluesman" who has made it his mission to rid the world of the werewolf. The last cadre of such creatures live in Hollywood with the rich and drug-addicted. DMX would also produce with Arnold Messer and Jason Saffran. Paul Kelmenson is executive producing.

AOL Time Warner today announced that it will sell its 50% ownership stake in Comedy Central, giving the other company that programs the channel, Viacom, complete control over the network.
Under their agreement, Viacom, which owns the other 50% stake in Comedy Central, will pay $1.225 billion in cash to AOL Time Warner.
Dick Parsons, AOL Time Warner's future chairman and CEO, said: "This transaction, as well as the sale of our investment in GM Hughes earlier this year, demonstrates our commitment to the Company's previously announced debt reduction goals. Our expected strong Free Cash Flow generation and favorable prospects for future sales of other non-strategic assets give us confidence that we can and will achieve our debt reduction targets. We are very pleased to have reached this amicable agreement with Viacom, who have been great partners at Comedy Central."
The transaction is expected to close later this quarter after the appropriate regulatory reviews.
