It's been a while since we've had a quiz thread, and in search of fresh topicality for this section of the MB... here's something we've been having fun with at Toon Zone today:
The Anime Otaku-ness Test

It's a little dated (tape references instead of DVD) but the point still comes across... have fun!
.
.
.

What, you wanna know what my score was?

49 out of a (im)possible 250. Go me! Very Happy

"Your final score is 54 out of a possible 250.
That makes you 21.60% Otaku Corrupt.

You are ranked at: 702 lbs of pure, unadulterated Totoro.

You are best described as:
A Part-time otaku (you probably have a real life...)"

I hate the word "otaku" being used to describe all fans...

I'd also like to point out that I've been eating Pocky since I was about five, so those questions really should be striken from my score. That would drop it to about 50.

Your final score is 21 out of a possible 250.
That makes you 8.40% Otaku Corrupt.

You are ranked at: 63 lbs of pure, unadulterated Totoro.

You are best described as:

and so I prove that they don't call all levels of anime fandom otakus.

And here I thought my score would be lower because I have never been to a convention and don't watch fansubs.

It's all those DVDs, CDs, posters, and naming computers after anime characters.

Basically I do everything on that list except cosplay or making fansubs, not to mention alot of the questions are outdated. I could reach 200 in a couple years though.
