I have to believe it is a time factor. CN has been rushing the end credits of Big O since the rerun of the two series. Bebop is the same way (just try singing along with the lyrics).

I am troubled by CN's apparent need to sqeeze more commercial time into the blocks. Remember the last summer Olympics? The stations added more and more commercial time as the ratings fell in order to give advertisers their money's worth.

Possible case scenario: Bad ratings -> no advertisers -> no money -> 24 hrs of Zippy the Koala.
