While I can agree a with you I think it'll be fine till AS gets some new shows to air.... I mean you can only watch reruns so many times...

That number can be quite large, as Cowboy Bebop, Gundam Wing, and DBZ have shown.

Hmmm... Dumb question but I read somewhere Case Closed is being pushed back to 1 AM soon. I could be false but I just thought I would ask

I'd say that Case Closed is still too adult for even the Toonami target audience because of the blood. There is plenty, and it is crutial in some of the eps.

Who else has read Encyclopedia Brown? Detective Conan doesn't always show you everything that Conan knows, but the show itself reminds me of the old children's series.

Except that Encyclo Brown never had an alcoholic father (definitely not Miguzi) or swords (twice now!) sticking out of bodies (which was cut out of Kenshin, a sword-fighting based show!)

I like the show. In Japan it could play to kids. Here it plays to adults who are still young at heart enough to enjoy children's shows.

Hehe, Encyclopedia Brown, I haven't thought about that in AGES . . .

Anyway, as I said before, Case Closed isn't on Adult Swim for the blood, but instead for the themes. children wouldn't appreciate the PLOT POINTS of Case Closed. It's like watching CSI or something of the sort. Only not quite as gruesome or heavy since it involves children solving the crimes. It's just supposed to be light hearted entertainment for adults. End. Something doens't have to be full of blood and sex and violence for it to be adult entertainment.

Hey, kids guess whos back?

I know what Im about to say has been said before, but oh well.
I belive that all anime above things like Poke Mon and etc (YOu will never see a dead body or blood or anything thing dealing with killing in those shows) should be on Adult Swim.

I don't think that little trick will fool her for long. She's not a half-bad dective her-self. She'll notice the bow-tie sooner or later. I'm really supprised that they brought it up so early. Dective Conan is still airing in Japan having been on the air since January of 1996, there are over 360 TV Eps and 8 movies. At this rate, he'll get his 17 year old body back the old fashioned way, time.

Well if its been airing since 96 and its 04 now. If Conans 10 around the starte of the series. (does some math) That means she should already be 18+-. That would make Rachal somewhere around 25. So unless that thing they gave him prevents him from ageing. *runs into an incomplete thought*

Actually, I heard that the series wasn't placed in a particular time frame.

I must say I do enjoy this quite a bit.

The unflinching violent content and formulatic but complex story structure really entertain me. The dog ep and the class reunion were some fun stuff.

Next Episode's clue... also really makes me smile. Hey kids! Cartoon Network is fun again! Too bad this show'll end up at 4am only in the Czech Republic if scheduling continues the way it has.

Also, anyone who thinks this belongs on Miguzi just doesn't pay attention when they watch the show. IIIIIIIIIIIIF they watch the show.

Hey, Lupin and Cyborg 009 use simpler animation styles and they certainly aren't kid's stuff.

Though 009 can be edited on account of not BEING ABOUT SOLVING A MURDER EVERY EPISODE WHILE ALMOST ALWAYS SHOWING THE CORPSE!

If that happens on all the Miguzi shows, I have definitely missed some choice episodes of Totally Spies.
