oh yeah, and I decided to crawl back in here...
Why did I leave? I dunno, probably the same reason as every other time I left... got too caught up in the bull-sh*t of the "real world" to take care of my "virtual world" responsibilities... either that or someone distracted me with a shiny piece of tinfoil for the past couple months... I hate it when that happens...
Why did I come back now? Hell if I know... I think I have some sort of masochistic need to attach myself to all y'all geeks... plus I just graduated with no real job prospects in sight, so I need a way to pass the time while I procrastinate on my "career"...
Why do I keep making long essays in my posts? Because I believe the written word and the very basis of essay writing and paragraph form is in danger of going down hill since the creation of email and instant messaging. Handwriting and penmanship already are showing a decreasing importance in today's school curriculums, as well as the constant abbreviation of thought and truncating of sentences as a result of the chatroom revolution (not to mention the constant "dumbing-down" of English grammar in its vernacular "slang" usage)...
...but really, the only reason I write so much in here is because I like to show up you dumb highschool kids with my superior intellect. Suck it, you pubescent b*tches...

it feels like a waste for about the first 6 months to forever after you graduate. esentially it takes as long as it takes to get your career off and running.

Just always have a back up plain. For me, deppending on how things go this year, Iv desied to go ahead and join up with the Army. NOt saying that is for everybody, but its what Im going to do. Besides I need someone to pay for that 5th year.

I find it's better to figure out what you want to do BEFORE you begin college (at least narrow it down) Even if it takes 2-3 years to do it. As for backup plan... it's called "crappy jobs until you actually do what you want to do for a living"
