A boy at Livingston Junior High School in Houston, Texas was arrested last week after another student alerted authorities to the fact that he was carrying a bomb made from a Game Boy Advance.
According to the police, the homemade bomb was created by hollowing out the system and packing it with gunpowder.
The boy, who had been bragging to others about his creation that morning, was arrested after school on the bus ride to a track meet. Earlier in the day, the high school had been evacuated by the police in an effort to locate the Game Boy.
According to officials, the boy, whose name has not been released, could possibly face the second-degree felony charge of carrying a prohibited weapon into a school zone.

Why turn it into a bomb when you can import dating sim games for it ^_^. _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite.

Why go to all the effort of pulling the guts out of a GameBoy?...
It's a waste of a perfectly good portable gaming system...
Besides, he could get the same effect by filling an already empty container with gunpowder.
Like a coffe can, maybe?
The stupidity of people...

I don't know, but I do know that pencils, paperclips, pens, and rubber bands can constitute some of the most dangerous weaponry in the US. Let's not even mention paper, cuts from that hurt like nothing else. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C.

Shortly after the TSA realizes the same thing.
I mean, really, you should see some of the mechanical pencils on the market. We're talking syringe-quality sharpness. _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.
