Well when you put it that way, it's kinda obvious...I mean even Kenshin used the sharp side of his reverse-blade to chop off Sanosuke's big-ass-Guts-reject-of-a-sword... 
(thanks to my DVD-swapping co-worker, I'm up to the Kyoto arc. And I've seen Berserk  )

Goldy's got a point...Kenshin is what, so fast he can...ehh...I don't wanna ruin one of Kenshin's special techniques in the Kyoto arc...but yeah, he's WAY too fast...
he would dodge Suzuka pretty easily
if he can't even beat Gene, who, c'mon, isn't that great of fighter...she's got NO shot against Kenshin |

i think it comes down to which kenshin suzuka is fighting...if we're talking about the tv series kenshin, then i don't think she stands too much of a chance since kenshin can avoid most of her attacks and has the knowledge of the major hiten mitsarougi (spelling, again...) techniques by this time...it'd be a good fight, but i can't see suzuka pulling off the victory...
now, if she were to fight the kenshin from the first ova, when he was a talented assassin with a background in his teachings but lacking the emotion, i think she would be able to win, since the kenshin of this time was more of an "attack in stealth" kind of fighter, who would lose a significant advantage in an announced duel...
just my two cents...

Before I had seen much of Kenshin I would have chosen Suzuka. But in truth it's actually a very hard decision. Against Gene I don't think she was really trying that hard. She is much more powerful in her final battle with her look alike. In terms of raw power it would be Suzuka, in terms of speed and flexablility Kenshin.

From what I remember, Suzuka is pretty fast. I don't think it would be an obvious end. Kenshin does have the hiten mitsurugi style, but Suzuka repeatedly performed similar attacks. And against Gene, she wasn't expecting him to use a focused light sheild and then undress her. Kenshin would not undress her. Not in his nature. I'm not sure who would win, but I'm not going to instantly say Kenshin.

Suzu could chop a bus in half ... but Kenshin could chop her in half.It's a win, lose battle and at the end of it all I would guess is that both Kenshin and Suzu would be missing an arm and a leg here.

dodge! He would have his sword in her face and a broken nose before she knew it. Suzuka has never shown the kind of speed kenshin thrives off of in all of Outlaw Star. plus he has a sheath, i don't remmebr her having one, and kenshin can use his sheath very effciently, like twisting her arm in two while she struggles with his sakaba. multi-tasking...i like that

Actually, she does have the speed. You have to go by the last battle that you see her in, where she's fighting at her absolute peak. When she lands the last blow, you can't see it. You can't tell what happens. She is one of hte most well known assasins. She HAS to be good.
