Ketamine and other dissociative drugs like it (like PCP) don't literally send you out of your body. What happens is you get so dissociated from your senses that you have the sensation of being out of your body. You're aren't literally floating above your body, you just have that sensation, so you don't have the ability to possess other bodies...
*Kalma's body is currently 20 feet underwater*
don't worry, the effects wear off with time... but, then again, it was a big syringe, and mixed with horse tranquilizers, so... Poof, you done, nigga...

I'm muy mad right now, why does everyone have special fun bar powers, or robot chop chop skills?
