Oh sure, when a 'min-or-i-ty' makes a racial comment it's funny and entertaining, but when a 'cau-ca-sun' says anything remotely racial it's offensive and that person is 'ra-cist'. It's racist against white-folk I tell you! RACIST!!!

Wait a minute . . .

I got whiplashes of a past thread ...

Anyway back to this thread,I'd put...

Ren & Stimpy
The Godzilla power hour
Heathcliff
Pac-Man
Strawberry Shortcake
She-Ra
Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers

And Dee "The Monchichis" man...I need to remember that one.

Dammit, I forgot about Eek the Cat...

Oh, and there is no good reason under God's green Earth for MC Hammer's cartoon "Hammerman" be brought back into the realm of the living. If we're going to go for crappy cartoons like that, might I also suggest the Jackson 5 cartoon? Or the Real Adventures of Johnny Quest? Again, some of these cartoons are dead for a reason.

and on the whole thing about the racism issue, take it to my new topic on the board... it was never meant to offend, because I myself find the idea of racism quite silly, really... it was a joke, get over it... sheesh, you're as bad as the NAACP groupies...

I was jokin about the jokin. Yeesh. You have to admit, though, that it is ironic, hypocritical, and typical for humans to create such a double standard.

Yay! People remember Battletech and Exo Squad. Does anyone have a clue where we could find them untelevised at all?

Gooood selection. I probably could go without rainbow bright myself, but that's just me. What the hell is Monchichis?

Cadillacs and Dinosaurs ruled, barely anyone saw that show. Pretty decent comic adaption to boot.

Cadillacs and Dinosaurs was awsome, just that people/kids don't know a good thing when they see it.It was also adapted into a game on sega saturn...

Great this child of the 80's is feeling really old now...oh well!
Monchichis
The series was from Hanna- Barbera and Mattel so in most little girls toys laid a furry monkey-looking dolly somewhere around, and it was just the typical 80's cartoon fad coming out at that time which bombed way to quick. But the story was just another remnant of either the smurfs, but more along the lines of Monchichis were a super cute looking monkey creatures from Monchia. The typical bad guys called "Grumplins of Grumplor" and a wizard named Wizzar who would save Monchia most of the time. Which might be a good explanation to why it's so forgettable then and now, but excluding me cause I seem to remember most forgettable cartoons...
Another one I just remembered is Battle of the planets, and Phantom 2040.

Put those away!

My attempts to find Battletech have failed. American's prefer Japanese mecha to U.S. mecha 10 to 1 it seems.
