Ohh I was never questioning the ability for Cartoon Network to sink so low as to show live action, I'm sure they will. I think Adult Swim's motivation for doing the Saved by the Bell thing was to pull a good prank and to try and mock Cartoon Network's decision to show live action (since their two separate networks now technically).
As for ratings proof...

AS is the top when it comes to the 18-34 year old Male demographic. But I said that before.
That's just one section of the populace.
It is NOT logical to assume that since AS is hte top in terms of one demographic that AS is doing better than the rest of CN. Cartoon Network is one of the few channels that tries to appeal to VERY different demographics at different times of the day.
And there are a lot more kids with time to watch TV than adults. People have jobs and such they need to get up for. Whereas kids have nothing better to do than sit on their asses after school. _________________ anime is teh s uck

Then of course there are the adults who sit on their asses all day because they can't get a job.... _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite. |

And don't forget the seldom mentioned 70-100 demographic who often have the television stuck on the same channel for long periods of time thanks to their inability to work "those dang nabit remote-a-ma-wats-it". That is where the true advertising money lies. |
