It all felt low quality and way too confusing for me

Yeah the quality seemed a little low. But Big-O looked alittle more detailed when you got a close up on his face... And I'll have to agree it was a little confusing at first but as the ep went on I firgued out what was happening

i have a question, why does it suck so much? the begining song makes we want to die" big o, dun dun dun dun dun dun dun, big o..." thats all it is. and why is batman in it??? i thought he was in matropolis. and why make a robot to protect a city, when it does most of the damage it self? it wears a fuckign skirt for gods sake, all he does is punch and laser shit.
its the stupidist anime ever.

You seem to hate anime. Why are you here? By your name I take it you play cs or another hl mod. Your grammar and the way you act tells me your 13. Take my advice; "stfu" and BE GONE EVIL SPIRIT!

Are you duct taped to a chair and have your eyelids cut off so you're forced to watch these shows you despise so much? If not, then the solution is simple: if you don't like it, don't watch it.

Roger going on a mind trip during the middle of a battle really threw me off. I was expecting Roger to just kick ass and go home. It was nice to see them tie pieces of the first 13 eps in. Beck the bank manager, that was just funny.

At the end when the Big O was leaving, was it carrying its severed arm or did he just leave it in the water? The camera angle wasn't that good and it went by kinda fast so I couldn't tell.

Carrying it. You can't expect it to just leave without the arm, now do you?

I noticed that the frist part of the episode looked like ti may have been animated at an earlier time, however, when it showed Dastun moving out when Big O fired it's anchor cables the animation looked quite a bit smoother than the first season.

Also, whilethe theater part was a bit forced it did give everyone one big fact, Norman had kept the Big O in the bank building for nigh-on 40 years, he constantly maintained it and waited for a pilot to come, this points out that he was the machines original repair crew chief, his waiting for a pilot is a result of a memory fragment by my guess.

Also, did anyone notice the fact that the Proto-Deus was unearthed in Rogers memories, it says ti was found when they were digging a subway line, the article was also done by a man named Schwartzvald.

I'd guess that the Proto-Deus was much older than it was believed to be by Schwartzvald and this ancient machine formed the base of the design of the later machines like Big O and Big Duo.

Also it wuld explain how the Paradigm Schwartzvald came to be, he may have had implanted memories of a man named Schwartzvald and those awoke partially and drove him to find the Proto-Deus and Big Duo.

What I still confuses me is the age thing. During roger's freak out Dorothy's father looked 40 years younger, but Beck looked about the same age as he does in the present. Then in the movie theater roger sees the head of a small girl with a baloon in her hand and it looks like Angel. Then we see Angel pick up as the same age she's in during the present. It's hard to tell what are really memories and what are just his imagination.

IT HURTS MY BRAIN!

Schwartzvald's alter ego did do the newspaper article, Gerbera345. Good catch. I thought I'd be the only one to see that.

A'ight Zechs, this is my theory. Angel's mom (Russian Chick who got shot on the bridge) was the little girl. Roger didn't really exist in that time, he just had memories of it. That's why he was there. When Angel picks scruffy Roger up she takes him into the tunnel. The tunnel is the gate to the present, or at least the time when Roger found the Big O, where Angel DOES exist. I'm guessing the Roger that found Big O was the scruffy Roger. He just walked in and Norman gave him his wealth and the giant robot. SWEET.

I bet David Lucas really regrets losing this part to Steven Blum Rolling Eyes

I can't tell the difference in Norman's voice. When we saw Norman we saw him on stage talking in a theatre voice. Anyone who's ever seen/acted in theatre knew how hilarious that part was. I feel sorry for the rest of you.

The clown villain looked pretty sinister. Can't wait to see what he has.

P.S. who rules Paradigm? CRISPIN FREEMAN! YES!

I am a friggin' IDIOT!!!!! I missed the EP!!!! I went out to see my girl friend at the nearby movie theater, they were gonna watch American Wedding (which was really funny BTW) but i forgot about Big O and when I got home it was 12 O' clock and i kicked myself for forgetting. ANd it ended up that i didn't even see mY G/F for long cause she had to go before the movie started, so I got screwed overall. FUCK ME! Now i'm trying to find it online somewhere cause I'm not gonna wait 13 weeks to see it again.

peace

I read that CN is a co-producer of Big O, I had no idea. and that a 3rd season might not be the usual 13 episodes, but a whole other 26. see http://www.icv2.com/articles/news/2873.html This info, is kinda old, but i didn't know, and hadn't seen it on the board, so if anything, my mistake. So let's all join together and give AS our ratings.

peace

yeah, and ghost haxor, or whomever, needs to cut the crap.

The stage thing bugged me. I don't get why they had to do it that way. It just felt way too . . . forced.
