The more i watch about our Wandering Samurai. The more i think his little moral of the story speechs sound an awful lot like Yoda.
Yoda "(muppet noise) Train you I will Yes"

It almost seems like a cadence count the way the english VA does it. His voice seems very new to me. I havent heard it any other anime i can remeber.
But these little lines seem so weird and missplaced sometimes. And you feel like "Ok and now we learn the moral to our story" |

Well, he is trying to match the lip flaps.
And the weird English speech pattern is trying to approximate Kenshin's weird Japanese speech pattern. It's supposed to be a quirky character affectation. I guess it's also supposed to be endearing, like ending your sentences in "-nyo", "no da" ("you know") or "ne?" ("right?")

| I didnt know Legato had a last name. And Im hearing Legato and Kenshins voices in my head. And man they just dont the same there. But then my heads a little screwy. Now where do i get a quick TriGun fix to go back and hear his voice |
