Did anyone notice the news piece on Bandai picking up Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex? Anyone think we can hope to see it in the near future?

I just barely begun to see the series...

I saw half of GITS:SA. They said all the ep's would be Stand Alone ep's(meaning no 2 parts)...they lied. But's thats not really a problem...The more Kusanagi Motoko I see the better (^_^)

Very pretty-very pretty. Me thinks the detail on some of the main characters is less, but mostly nearly as pretty as the movie.

Heh, I saw a couple extended episodes at JACON. It looked okay. The episode I ended up seeing seem to be filled with too many long winded speachesand not enough kicking of asses.

I noticed that the opening for the 1st few ep's is drawn(I think) while after that it's 3D(or CGI) They said the characters are a mix between the manga and movie. I can see that with Kusanagi Motoko.
