Its not boring! Peopel just complain because there is really no action until the end of the episode. But the suspense and the build up and the investigation is part of what makes the show good. And if any of you are wondering why I am saying this, I DIDN'T miss the third and fourth episode. Man, those birds were freaky... _________________ LOVE & PEACE!

I agree that some background of the characters would be helpful. As far as the pace of the show, I find it goes fast if you just watch and get absorbed. Sure it will go slower if you keep wondering "when's it going to be over?" _________________ "Robots don't say 'ye'."

I bet gmoney thinks Law & Order is a bad show, because most of the time there's little depicted violence. It's called 'realism', and most people aren't violent most of the time. Most criminal investigations, even those about violent crimes, are not fast or action-packed at all. I think Witch Hunter Robin is an excellent show so far as I've seen.
And FlashBack, (gotta love interCapping) they seem to be starting to delve into the histories of the characters already. If they don't make it to Robin by the time the series/season starts wrapping up, I will be sorely disappointed.
To JJc: Why does everyone think that "aging" thing is cool an innovative every time they see it? It's an overused plot device that makes no bloody sense!

Ok tuesday nights was the first episode I have seen. And im still thinking about it. I have TiVo set to record it again tonight. The animation looks like a fleshed out version of the Aeon Flux/Reign design. Its going to be hard for me to describe what i mean. But take Reign add 30-40 lbs to him and you get a character out of Witch Hunter Robin. Well thats how i see it anyway.
Yes the stories move slowly. But did you watch .hack/sign for the action? Plenty of good animes have little to no action.

Agreed. Actually, I admit that I did expect it to be a more action packed show, but it turns out it wasn't. However, it also turns out it is much better than I thought it would be. But stupid me forgot to tape monday's episode...DOH! _________________ LOVE & PEACE!
