It's been back so many times I don't know what to think. But I was getting tired of seeing Pokemon on Toonami. I guess the only thing to think for someone who has seen this before is DBZ is back on Toonami....again.. It's not a bad thing I guess. I guess Toonami's starting it's decade long run with one of its most popular shows. But it would've been nice to see something else for a change instead of DBZ reruns. _________________ "Charles Xaiver did more for mutants than you could ever know. Personally, I would have been happier if they brough Gundam Wing back to Toonami...
I've actually pretty much "grown out of" my DBZ phase a long time ago. When I heard they were bringing it back, I pretty much shrugged and thought "What, they ran out of better shows?"
Yeah, I'm pretty much a hater, sorry... _________________ "The principles you live by create the world you live in; if you change the principles you live by, you will change your world." -Blaine Lee

I'm glad it's coming back, it's true that I've gotten beyond it, but I long sence gotten over Pokemon. It's good to see old shows on, but we really need something new...and by that I mean something good. |

On the NEXT episode of Dragon Ball Z! Goku powers up for the eleventh episode in a row. WOAH! And if that's not enough for you, the evil bad guy will go into ANOTHER flashback to waste time while they power up!
Meanwhile other characters that have little effect on the battle are someplace talking about seeing power levels OVER 9000!!!!!1
CRAZY!
Tune in next time for more DRAGON BALL Z! _________________ FFXI: Heavens Redmage. Level 75

Yea, but you have to admit that DBZ is one of those gateway anime. That and Gundam Wing hooked me on Toonami. Later I would discover Adult Swim and buy my first anime DVDs, Pilot Candidate and Cowboy Bebop. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

Oh I agree. Sailormoon and DBZ were what got me hooked. If it wasn't for them.. who knows what I would be watching now..... _________________ FFXI: Heavens Redmage. Level 75

My "gatway anime" were Tenchi Muyo, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and the original Vampire Hunter D...
Speaking of which, I wonder if they'll ever show Tenchi on Toonami again... that might get me interested in watching it for more than just Naruto... _________________ "The principles you live by create the world you live in; if you change the principles you live by, you will change your world." -Blaine Lee

I remember watching Sailor Moon back to back with GI Joe. That was well before I knew that Sailor Moon wasn't anything more than another Cartoon. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

Piiiiink Sugaaaaaaar Heaaaaaaaart ATTACK!
Dread: <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Johnny
Best attack in the whole series!
Sailormoon was my first anyone, then DBZ, Pokemon then Gundam wing. After that I was hooked forever. I still wish I was Duo from Gundam. He's the coolest.
I would defiantly pay more attention if they brought more shows back. Or if they aired more Prince of Tennis. _________________ FFXI: Heavens Redmage. Level 75

I remember watching sailor moon on toonami when I was... what, 5?
To tell the truth, what got me hooked was either Pincess Mononoke, or Metropolis. I wish that I could go back in time and watch all of the great stuff they showed. |

Which Metropolis? I'm guessing the remake they loved to bundle with the Cowboy Bebop movie. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |
