Um, did that cop, er, rape that girl towards the end of the episode?
And, by the way, it caought me WAY off gaurd that they caught Lil Slugger. I was almost expecting this to be a series where they DON"T catch the guy. But oh, no, they catch him 4 episodes in. Rarely am I that surprised by a plot twist. _________________ anime is teh s uck

Yeah, most of it was translated on the Anime-Kraze fansubs. I'd post it for ya but i'm just now getting off of work/i'm lazy as hell right now.

B) That dirty cop is skeavy. When he said two weeks ago to this prostitute, "CALL ME DADDY! YOU HAVE TO CALL ME DADDY!" I thought "Oh dear lord, don't tell me . . . "

Does anyone else feel that the storytelling resembles BoogiePop Phantom's? The visual looks of the two series are completely different, but the method of jumping back and forth along character's stories, leading to an eventual tie-in, seems the same. I have to admit that it took two or three run throughs (which G4 was more than happy to provide ) before I thought I caught all of it.

When I first saw the promo for Paranoia Agent, I thought to myself "Just another stupid anime that won't make sence on this station" But I was up late and nothing to watch, Paranoia Agent comes on and I love the theme song and intro. I watch it and for some odd reason I get interested. A mysterious young looking boy randomly strikes people with a bat, simple but great. As the episodes went on I can see how they brought in psychology which is not common in an anime.
*POSSIBLE SPOILER*
I loved the ending it was a great twist however I still don't understand somethings like I still don't quite get why Lil' Slugger looks like Makoto Kozuka(The suspect of the attacks) and why the old man is of such importance to Mitsuhiro Manwa (The detective with the blue suit and green tie).
It was really dissapointing that it's only like 7 episodes (I think there're 12 on the DVD). They could do alot more and I wish they would.

ACK! I didn't finish reading your post because I sensed a spoiler coming.
PLEASE, if a show has not aired on Cartoon Network, do not give away any major plot points or the ending. This is ESPECIALLY true for shows currently in their first run. This is my first viewing of Paranoia Agent, and I'm enjoying it GREATLY. Please don't spoil the ending.
If your post is going to contain spoilers, it is polite to do two things. First, preced it with SPOILER ALERT, and second, change the text color to black so that it can only be read by those that want to read it.

Actually I really didn't say anything that spoiled anything, I made it so that what I said wasn't 100% accurate to the episode. And they actually showed the episode I said because they aired it on CN 2 times in a row, I thought everyone had seen it already. I'll edit my post now.

What the hell was with that last episode? Seriously it wasn't funny and didn't feel like Paranoia Agent. It made me really ashamed. They said that Lil' Slugger attacks anyone who is mentally cornered then why did he attack everyone? And if Lil' Slugger is just segment of one's imagination why did everyone see him?
