I am not happy with the time slot at all, Yes they are catering to a slightly different audience with it(older) but with that logic they should not have it on saturday... but If they have it on a saturday they should have it during the day. Who wants to sit at home on a saturday night unless they are sick or extremely tired besides people over Age X(don't want to insult anyone high 20's low 30's) and kids under lets say....12...they would be home to watch it...but they aren't catering to kids 12 and under...with that time slot...so it is stupid they are catering to kids 13 and up with it.

from ages 13-X most kids don't want to stay home no matter what show is on. I guess from like 13 or 14 you may have to be home earlier then most teenagers ...but you will most likley still miss a show. ...I havent watched toonami in ages because of it ...I am a lot older then 13 but still a teenager....almost not a teenager...but still

Soo they are catering to kids 13-X now with this time slot..but most kids from 13-X don't want to be home on a saturday night... so it is ironic

If you think about this in another way...the people who are missing out are the teenagers...13-17/18 they usually go out earlier on weekends and come home earlier then kids 18-X...so if they have active social lives( not meaning to offend anyone) they will always be out from 9-11...most likely getting home around 10:30-1AM... inbetween that time slot...missing toonami.
It won't affect the kids 18+ because their nights usually don't start until 11 anyway, so they would be able to watch toonami..
However if they have it at the same time differnt day...on weekday people do their HW at night...so yeah...and they would be competing with the really popular FoX and CW shows....that sooo many people(idiots...lol jk i like some of them too) like....

I hope they change it..not sure wut the best time slot is though.if it goes back to weekdays then thats great...plus it is harsh to to watch a new episode once a week. I hate waiting one week for new stuff...it is like waiting for stuff to come out in japan and on torrents..back in the day new eps everyday!!! at a good time too!

...i ranted sorry...i have had the flu all week....and I haven't been on the site in yrs...

You make a good point ph33r, the majority of the kids they're pandering to aren't there. Which is why I think we see shows like Pokemon, that age is still there.

But I don't know what time to have a block tailored to teens that isn't taken up by [as]. A block tailored for teens.

Of course in this age of TiVo and Jetstream the time slot doesn't exactly matter. Give me a good enough show and I'll come watch no matter the time.
