Akihabara is about a 20 minute subway ride from where I live. (I'm in Tokyo at the moment.) Akihabara is pretty much "electric city", blocks and blocks and blocks of computer and electronic stores. You need anything electronic... go there.
The double post was because of a strange bug in the message board that didn't update the main forum page to show that anything had been posted in the thread. |

So, is there a real store named Gamers, with that logo, and everything? And did the store employees have to start dressing in cosplay every day to work?

Didn't happen to see that one...
Although I didn't check out many of the gaming/comic/anime stores since most of them doubled as porn stores as well. (As I mentioned before, there seems to be a correlation between the two stores here, although people definately treat them differently.) |

Hey, Zogg! Did you get yourself mutant super-powers by visiting Hiroshima and getting radiated from the 60 years of leftover radiation from the WWII atom bomb? I'm asking because mutant super-powers are cool.

Yup. I've been there. They cos-play, have free demos, sell everything you can imagine, and it's pretty cheap. There should be a american version.
